How long a beach volleyball round robin takes
The clock is set by the match. In beach volleyball, a best-of-three match to 21, 21 and 15 takes about 40 minutes with the changeovers, so this page uses 40-minute slots. Rounds are played one after another and a round cannot overlap itself, because a pair would be in two matches at once. That means the run time is the sum of the slots each round needs, not the number of matches divided by the courts.
