The schedule PDF
The schedule is one A4 landscape page. It has a row for each time slot and a column for each court, with the tournament and stage name at the top. Start times, day labels and breaks are printed if the schedule has them. The wording follows your tournament, so a robotics event can print its own word instead of team.
One scoresheet per match
Each scoresheet is one A4 portrait page for one match, in match order. A page shows the match number, the slot, the court, the two sides, and signature lines for both sides and the judge. Give them to the referees at the start of a slot and collect them at the end.
A signed sheet settles an argument about the score. Enter the results afterwards, as described under live scoring.
Branding on paper
On Pro, the footer of every PDF shows your organization logo. The same logo appears on the live results page.
For a bracket without an account, the free printable tournament bracket makes a one-page sheet in the browser.
What it does not do
- The sheets name the two sides Red and Blue, and that wording is fixed.
- A PDF is a snapshot. If the schedule changes, export it again.
- Pages are A4. Print at actual size for the layout to fit.
Questions
What paper size are the exported PDFs?
A4. Tournamyx exports the schedule as an A4 landscape page and each scoresheet as an A4 portrait page, so both print on standard office paper.
Do the PDFs show start times?
Yes, when the schedule has them. Tournamyx prints the slot times, the day labels and any breaks. A schedule with no start times prints the slot numbers alone.
Can I get a blank scoresheet for every match at once?
Yes. Tournamyx exports one scoresheet page for each match in a single PDF, in match order, with the match number, slot and court already filled in.
