What a viewer sees
The public page shows the schedule, the participants and a scoreboard for every stage of the tournament. A group stage shows its tables, a knockout shows its bracket, a Swiss stage shows its rounds, and an attempt-based event shows its ranking.
A saved score shows up when the page is opened or reloaded. Players can find their own next match in the schedule instead of asking you.
Sharing it
The share window gives you the link to copy, a QR code for the notice board, and buttons to send it to WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. A new event is private, so nothing is public until you switch the page on.
Several categories can sit under one event, with one public page. You can also see how often the page is opened. That is covered under sponsors and analytics.
Branding by plan
Public pages on the Free plan show a Powered by Tournamyx mark. Plus removes it. On Pro, the page and the exported PDFs show your own organization logo.
What it does not do
- The page is read-only for viewers. They cannot enter scores or comment.
- It shows saved results, not live play. A score appears once it has been saved.
- Free pages carry the Tournamyx mark.
Questions
Do spectators need an account to see the results?
No. The public results page in Tournamyx opens from a link or a QR code with no sign-up and no login, on a phone or a computer.
How do I share tournament results on WhatsApp?
Open the share window in Tournamyx and choose WhatsApp, or copy the link and paste it into the group. The link stays the same all event, so people can keep it.
Can I show my own logo on the results page?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Tournamyx puts your organization logo on the public page and on exported PDFs. Plus removes the Powered by Tournamyx mark without adding a logo.
