About
Tournamyx is tournament management software. Tournamyx Digital builds it.
Tournamyx is web-based tournament management software that turns a list of teams into a round-by-round match schedule across your real courts, live standings, and one public results link that spectators open without an account.

Why Tournamyx exists
Almost every amateur tournament in the world is run from a spreadsheet. It works right up until the first match overruns, and then it stops working all at once: the fixture list on the wall is wrong, the standings are wrong, and the organizer spends the rest of the day answering the same question from forty people at a folding table.
Tournamyx replaces the spreadsheet with something that recomputes itself. Enter a team list, pick a format, say how many courts you have, and it lays the matches out a round at a time across them. Enter a result and every standing, bracket and public page moves together. Setup takes about 5 minutes.
It was built by people running events, which is why the arithmetic on this site is stated rather than hidden — match counts, round counts and run times are the questions organizers actually ask before they choose anything, and most tools make you find out the hard way.
What Tournamyx runs
- Round-robin (every team plays every team)
- Single elimination (knockout, with byes placed on the top seeds)
- Double elimination (winners and losers brackets, with the grand final reset)
- Swiss rounds
- Group stage into knockout (multi-stage)
- Attempt-based placement scoring (time trials, robotics runs)
Every format above also has a free browser generator with no account attached to it — the full list is on the tools page, and the guides cover the formats themselves.
Where it has been proven
The largest event run on Tournamyx is the IIUM Robotic Competition at IIUM Gombak, Malaysia, July 2025: 406 teams and 755 matches, scheduled and scored live across 8 fields, on one public link that spectators opened without an account. That figure is the ceiling of what has actually happened, not a capacity estimate — the full case study covers how the day was laid out.
