One event, several categories

An event holds as many tournaments as you run, each with its own format and schedule, under one public page and one link. The IIUM Robotic Competition used this in July 2025, with 3 categories in one event.

Sponsors and analytics belong to the event, so one set of logos and one set of numbers covers every category in it.

What the sponsor showcase does

On Pro, you add each sponsor with a logo, a website and a tier, and put them in the order you want. They show on the public event page. Tournamyx counts how many times each logo was shown and how many times it was clicked, and works out the share of viewers who clicked. It does this for each sponsor and for each tier.

The public page can also take a sponsor inquiry, so a business that likes what it sees can contact you from the page. Each inquiry is tracked as new, contacted or closed.

The numbers you can hand over

The analytics page shows page views for each day, how that compares with last week, the busiest day, and the views for each tournament in the event. On Pro it also shows where visitors are from, what site they came from, and what device they used.

The sponsor report

The sponsor report is a plain white page of figures. Print it or save it as a PDF, then send it after the final. It has the numbers above for your event.

Visitors come in through the link described under the live results page. To add the people who help run the event, see scorekeeper permissions.

What it does not do

  • Sponsors, audience analytics and the sponsor report need the Pro plan.
  • Counting starts when the page is public. Views before that are not recorded.
  • Audience figures are counts by country, source site and device. They do not name visitors.

Questions

How do I prove sponsor exposure after a tournament?

On Pro, Tournamyx counts how often each sponsor’s logo is shown and clicked on the event page. It gives you a report to print or save as a PDF, with page views, the busiest day, and where visitors are from.

Can a business contact me from the event page?

Yes. The public event page in Tournamyx can take a sponsor inquiry, and each one is tracked from new to contacted to closed, so you can see how many turned into a conversation.

Can I run several categories under one public page?

Yes. In Tournamyx, one event can hold many tournaments, each with its own format, under one link. The analytics cover the whole event, and views are listed for each tournament.
